This resource pack does not require MCPatcher or other mods. Some of the features included in MCPatcher are now part of this resource pack. Anyway, the resource pack is MCPatcher ready when it will be available for the latest Minecraft version (MCPatcher adds extra improvements, like better skies, that resource packs cannot accomplish).
